Lead Physiotherapist Anna Bogacz-Udovč from FizioMama and Gaynor Morgan Advanced Pfilates Instructor and Pessaries expert will be live speaking about how Pfilates a clinically proven program can help you combat incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse issues. Gaynor will be teaching you about the pelvic floor muscles and the relation and importance with the other muscle groups of the body. Demonstrating the Pfilates exercises (bring your comfy clothes to this session) Getting you off your chairs and moving muscles you didn't realise you had! Anna will be explaining what to expect when you visit a physiotherapist and giving you tips to make your visit easy and enjoyable. This session will be recorded and participants will have access to the recording for 1 week after the event to view at your leisure.
